 Own and manage the full lifecycle of IT projects, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure.

 Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with technical teams and business stakeholders.

 Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, risk registers, and budget trackers.
 </li>

 Lead project governance activities, including steering committee meetings, status reviews, and milestone reporting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating to senior leadership where required.
 </li>

 Coordinate across internal IT teams - including infrastructure, cybersecurity, software development, and operations - to ensure aligned delivery.
 </li>

 Manage relationships with third-party vendors, system integrators, and technology consultants throughout the project lifecycle.

 Track and report project progress against KPIs, SLAs, and delivery milestones, producing regular status updates for IT leadership and executive stakeholders.

 Facilitate change management processes, ensuring all scope changes are assessed, approved, and documented.

 Prepare and present project documentation, including business cases, project charters, RAID logs, and post-implementation reviews.

 Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 5&ndash;8 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex technology projects on time and within budget.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong command of project management methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid frameworks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience managing infrastructure, ERP, cybersecurity, cloud migration, or digital transformation projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced MS Office skills, including Excel for resource planning and PowerPoint for executive reporting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging C-level and senior executive audiences.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Arabic language skills are an advantage.
 </li>

 PMP certification is required. PRINCE2, ITIL, or Agile certifications, such as CSM or SAFe, are a strong advantage.

 Position Objectives
 
 
 
 The IT Specialist will support and maintain a telecom OSP network implementation tracking platform built on the Odoo platform (Web &amp; Mobile). The role is responsible for providing application technical support, coordinating infrastructure operations, and enabling effective user adoption across both field and office teams. The position ensures system stability, performance, cybersecurity compliance, and operational continuity while supporting telecom project teams through training, technical troubleshooting, and system administration.

 Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for the Odoo-based platform.
 </li>
 <li>
 Troubleshoot system issues related to work orders, field inspections, asset tracking (PN/SN), and project tracking modules.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support mobile application users including field engineers and inspectors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage user accounts, roles, access rights, and permissions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate bug fixes, system enhancements, and updates with the development team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system release validation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain system documentation, configuration records, and change logs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct training sessions in Arabic and English for system users.
 </li>

 Prepare user manuals, SOPs, and quick reference guides.
 </li>

 Provide onboarding support for new users and operational teams.

 Validate system backups and disaster recovery procedures.

 Coordinate with cloud hosting providers for system infrastructure management.

 Manage SSL certificates and ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies.
 </li>

 Monitor system uptime, application performance, and incident resolution metrics.
 </li>

 Track user adoption and system usage across operational teams.
 </li>

 Prepare periodic technical performance and support reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and recommend improvements to enhance system performance, automation, and operational efficiency.

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

 <li>
 3&ndash;6 years of experience in ERP/Odoo application support, infrastructure administration, or application technical support roles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience supporting web and mobile applications in enterprise environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working in telecom or infrastructure project environments is strongly preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong experience with Odoo (Community Edition preferred) and understanding of ERP workflows.
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic knowledge of Python programming (preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with PostgreSQL database administration.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, and firewall configurations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with patch management, server hardening, backup validation, and disaster recovery procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exposure to cloud or virtualized environments (OCI, AWS, Azure) is preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
 </li>

 Ability to work independently while coordinating with technical teams and field users
