Job Description Summary

This position involves working within the QA Department to perform Document Control functions and to support compliance functions. You will provide administrative support to the quality function and create the compilation of the various reports required both internally within the department and externally. You will support other Quality Assurance activities as needed.

Responsibilities

• QA performance of document control activities.

• Support the Compilation of QA Monthly Reports

• Conducting QA activities as needed by the team.

• Providing administrative support to the QA team.

• Performing Data entry into various Quality Systems. For example, the EDMS and Training systems.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/Certificate or relevant work experience

• Knowledge of relevant Excel / Word packages and familiarity with Electronic Management Systems

• Strong verbal and written skills

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $40,000.00-$60,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
