Responsibilities

  • Create, format, edit, and proofread a wide range of documents (reports, proposals, manuals) using Microsoft Word.
  • Design and develop compelling and professional presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Ensure all documents and presentations adhere to company branding and style guidelines.
  • Manage document version control and coordinate finalization and distribution.
  • Convert complex information and data into clear, visually appealing layouts and graphics.
  • Collaborate with team members to gather inputs and refine content for clarity and impact.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in document design and formatting.

Required Skills

  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Word (styles, templates, table of contents, advanced formatting).
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (master slides, animations, transitions, custom graphics).
  • Strong visual design skills and attention to detail for creating professional layouts.
  • Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • A portfolio of previous work demonstrating document and presentation design skills is a plus.
