ROLE SUMMARY
This role primarily involves managing a team of Photo Editors, Graphic Designers, and the Uploading team to ensure the production of high-quality visual content. The position requires balancing artistic creativity with operational efficiency, driving team performance, and maintaining high standards for visual outputs. Crucially, this role is pivotal in aligning processes, meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and collaborating with various teams to optimize visual content production and management.
What's on you're plate?
Team Leadership and Creative Direction
Lead and manage the graphics team, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the timely delivery of projects.
Direct the production and layout of artwork.
Apply artistic creativity within a corporate environment, ensuring visually appealing and consistent content for the menu items and NCR banner designs.
Develop team members' performance and technicalities, assuring the team is highly updated with all the newest technical techniques.
Collaborate on projects with colleagues, delegate tasks, and check projects for quality and consistency.
Work closely with the regional photography team to store and categorize in-house digital assets.
Assign tasks to team members, schedule shifts, and ensure team attendance aligns with plans.
Operational and Statistical Management
Ensure SLA achievement aligns with the business plan, maintaining stability and high quality in team output.
Monitor and drive team performance, preparing final KPIs and discussing monthly performance.
Create and align processes with other teams for mutual Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Conduct coaching sessions as needed, supporting team members with operational and technical advice.
Work with the teams' function when it's needed for creating designs and videos.
Daily and Monthly Operations
Assure the stability of all team queues on an hourly basis.
Assign received projects to team members and monitor the quality of outputs.
Conduct live monitoring for quality assurance and daily adherence in alignment with the RTM team.
Prioritize tasks based on the situation and provide operational/technical advice.
Prepare final KPIs for the team and discuss monthly performance through Connects.
Review and modify team targets as needed.
Schedule shifts for the two teams, ensuring coverage and efficiency.
