Position Summary
RSI is recruiting for a Document Management System Designer who is responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining, and improving technical tools used for day-to-day processes and supporting team members and customers with training and troubleshooting with the Documentation Management department.

Hiring Range: $75,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year. (The anticipated starting salary is based on the posted minimum requirements for this position. The offered salary will be based upon the selected applicant's education, training, and experience.)
This position is required to travel less than 5% of the time.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze metrics.
- Serve as administrator for all Document Management SharePoint site and subsites.
- Update and maintain SharePoint pages, lists and libraries.
- Manage SharePoint metadata fields.
- Create SharePoint workflows and forms using Nintex.
- Administer and maintain SharePoint user permissions.
- Design SharePoint pages (using SharePoint webparts, HTML, CSS, and jQuery as needed).
- Create SharePoint design elements (e.g., SharePoint buttons).
- Analyze processes to determine where efficiencies can be introduced.
- Draft and propose plans to automate or improve existing process.
- Work on and develop solutions with IT.
- Coordinate and implement solution testing.
- Implement solutions and train users.
- Create and maintain system documentation.
- Review systems (to address any issues, improvements, or updates needed for the solution).
- Develop user tools (such as the Schedule Builder, DocMan Calculator, and DRUM ISR).
- Create educational microlearnings for DocMan customers.
Required Education and Years of Relevant Experience
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field. Experience in lieu of education considered.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Experience in system design, analysis, and administration; data management, asset management, and/or electronic records systems, related area.

Essential Physical Requirements
