Job Summary

Duties

  • Review, verify, and process incoming documents with precision and attention to detail
  • Enter data into databases
  • Maintain organized filing systems both electronically and physically for easy retrieval
  • Collect, compile, and analyze data to support operational reporting and decision-making
  • Support order entry processes by ensuring accurate input of client or internal requests

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with data entry, clerical tasks, and office administration
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Office applications, and database management
  • Excellent typing speed with high accuracy; familiarity with transcription is a plus
  • Basic math skills for data verification and calculations
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Previous office experience involving filing, data collection, and administrative support is desirable
