Duties

• Review and analyze a variety of legal documents for accuracy, completeness, and relevance
• Conduct legal research to support document review processes
• Draft summaries, reports, or annotations related to reviewed documents
• Ensure all documents adhere to established legal standards and organizational policies
• Organize and file documents systematically for easy retrieval and reference
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, document indexing, and record keeping
• Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to clarify document details or resolve discrepancies
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Qualifications

• Proven experience in legal research, legal drafting, or document review preferred
• Strong analysis skills with keen attention to detail
• Administrative experience, including filing and document management
• Paralegal or legal administrative experience is a plus
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce clear and concise reports
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Customer service experience is beneficial for interacting with team members or clients when necessary
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to deadlines
