Document verification & editing officer(Arabic speaker)

Overview

To review, edit, verify, and process official certificates and documents in compliance with UAE government standards, ensuring accuracy, authenticity, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Document Editing & Review: Edit and proofread certificates and official documents for accuracy, consistency, and formatting. Ensure correct spelling of names, dates, titles, and institutional details. Align documents with approved government formats and language standards (Arabic/English).
  • Document Verification & Compliance: Verify documents against approved records, databases, and institutional references. Identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, or altered/fraudulent documents. Ensure compliance with UAE government documentation guidelines and procedures.
  • System & Records Management: Upload, update, and track documents through internal document management systems. Maintain accurate records, version control, and document status logs. Ensure confidentiality and data protection of sensitive records.
Qualifications
  • Technical Skills: Advanced document editing and proofreading skills. Strong knowledge of official certificates and government documentation. Proficiency in MS Word (advanced formatting), Excel, and PDF editing tools. Experience using document management systems or government portals. Strong data accuracy and attention to detail.
