Document Verification Executive

Vacant Position for the post of Document Verification Executive at Lahore.

Education Required, Masters or Graduation at least.

Main purpose of job: The primary purpose of the role is to assist the Document Verification team by carrying out verification checks on mandatory and supporting documents received from various kinds of applicants like Businessmen/women entrepreneurs, professional, employees, dependents, students etc., for various type of Turkish visa categories.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Analytical approach to access any document according to its contained content.
  • To conduct verifications from various institutions by use of communication tools, telephone, email only.
  • To carry out verification checks on documents which submitted with passport and applications as directed by Embassy/consulate according to checklist & visa category.
  • To establish contacts via communication tools, and maintain a good relationship with relevant institutions, local government officials/officers, regulatory authorities, for Correspondence effectively with them and other departments/institutions to conduct the verifications of mandatory documents as required by Embassy/Consulate.
  • Additional documents from applicants. where necessary and as demand by Embassy/consulate to verify with local authorities for the validation status accordingly from the issuance authorities and forwarded to Embassy/Consulate.
  • Use the tool to maintain clear and concise electronic records of referrals received and checks carried out by all means via email correspondence for international but limited documents.
  • email correspondence from Individuals, Domestic or International Institutions as well from corporate groups as recipients for Embassy and Consulates.

The skills: Prioritizing in a busy work environment, work within a team, learn in pressure and perform flawless execution and deliver to accomplish the assignment before deadline by putting efforts. Strong communication & good interpersonal skills. Strong communication & IT skills and basic knowledge to manage official correspondence – in particular candidate can use Microsoft Excel and Word, e-mails as well internet surfing/searching etc.,

Competencies Made Effective Decisions, Lead and Communicate with concerned institutional officers/officials and regulatory authorities, manage a Quality Performance, deliver at optimum pace without any hassle being professional. candidate can speak and write English, Urdu fluently and as well understand Punjabi, Pashto."

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
