To send process visas
Follow-up on correct documents for visas

Responsibility:
To follow agreed safe systems of work; to follow training and instructions; and to report accidents, incidents and near misses.
Authority:
To stop work if they think the work is unsafe.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Process all documents for visa application.
• Fill up the Seamen visa application form on the IT system.
• Follow up with immigration co-ordiators for the applied visa and their status.
• Update customer on visa status.
• Follow-up with customers for appropriate documents for visas
• Prepare the list of visas and related data for invoicing.
• Prepare and organise the list of visas and related data for audit purpose.
• Follow specified systems, processes and procedures, implemented in the workplace, to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and other requirements/standards
• Work safely at all times, protecting the health and safety of everyone in the workplace
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
