Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and processing shipping documents including MBL, HBL, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Certificates.
- Coordinate with operations, sales, and customer service teams to ensure timely flow of documentation.
- Communicate with shipping lines, overseas agents, and clients for document requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and filing of shipment documentation.
- Support in drafting Bills of Lading and obtaining approvals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and international trade regulations.
- Assist in resolving documentation discrepancies or client queries.
- Provide administrative support to the documentation and operations teams.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate or final year student (preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or International Trade).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
- Eager to learn with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Prior knowledge of freight forwarding and shipping will be an advantage (not mandatory).
