Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a related field)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the aviation industry
• Previous experience in aviation preferably base maintenance
• Strong skills in planning, organization, and reporting
• Experience in project/process management and work follow-up
• Knowledge of aviation regulations (SHT/EASA Part M and 145)
• Proficient in MS Office applications and knowledge of AMOS is desirable
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented mindset and open to continuous progress
• Creative and result-oriented
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Good command of English (B1 level and above)
In this role you will
• Liaise with Planning, Engineering, and Check Supervisors on the preparation and printing (physical or digital) of aircraft maintenance work packages
• Monitor the preparation of requirements (materials, tools, ground time, facilities, workforce) for maintenance activities
• Collate all aircraft paperwork (physical or digital) once completed and ensure accuracy and completeness
• Follow up on any incomplete or missing paperwork
• Ensure that all paperwork is scanned (and, if required, bookmarked, backed up, and recorded in AMOS as part of the aircraft records)
