Position Overview:
Nitsel (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a skilled Product Documentation Specialist to develop comprehensive user manuals, configuration guides, workflow documentation, and knowledge resources for our internal software products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain product manuals, configuration guides, and training materials.
• Document workflows, system processes, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with product and technical teams to gather accurate information.
• Ensure all documentation is version-controlled and updated in line with product changes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in technical writing, business analysis, or related roles.
• Strong written English and a clear understanding of business and technical processes.
• Familiarity with documentation tools and workflow mapping software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
