Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience working on construction sites, managing and controlling project documentation to ensure accuracy, quality, and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and control project documentation, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and compliant with company standards.
• Implement and maintain document control processes and procedures.
• Receive, register, and distribute all incoming and outgoing project documents.
• Ensure all documentation is easily accessible and properly stored.
• Review and verify project documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Assist project managers and engineers with document-related queries.
• Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and electronic documents.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of all project documents.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure documentation standards are met.
• Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external audits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in document control, specifically within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in document control software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of document control best practices and industry standards.
• Immediate availability is a must.
