Position Overview

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Documents Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the oil and gas industry and a strong background in document control.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all documents related to the company's projects, including engineering drawings, technical specifications, and other project documents
• Ensure all documents are properly organized, labeled, and stored in accordance with company standards
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and accurate document submissions and approvals
• Monitor document control processes to ensure compliance with company policies and proceduresConduct regular audits to ensure document accuracy and completeness
• Work closely with project managers and engineers to identify document control needs and provide support as needed
• Train and mentor junior document control staff
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve document control processes and systems
• Keep up-to-date with industry standards and best practices in document control

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, business, or information management
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in document control, preferably in the oil and gas industry
• Strong knowledge of document control systems and processes
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of oil and gas industry standards and regulations is a plus
