In this fast-paced, dynamic role, you will be the first point of contact, managing daily front desk operations with professionalism and efficiency. Your strong organizational skills and customer service experience will help ensure smooth check-ins, clear communication, and a welcoming environment that pet parents trust.

Responsibilities
- Greet clients and their dogs with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide service information
- Manage check-in and check-out processes accurately using computer systems
- Maintain organized client records, including vaccination history and billing information
- Utilize tools such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Canva
- Assist with administrative tasks including email management, data entry, and document proofreading
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient front desk area
- Support daily operations by assisting with light dog handling, including bringing dogs to and from the back area and handling food items
Requirements
- Previous front desk, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency with basic computer programs (Google Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- Must be comfortable around dogs and confident handling brief interactions (including walking dogs short distances and carrying items)
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Bilingual is a plus
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
