Duties

• Greet clients and their pets warmly, providing excellent customer service and support throughout their visit
• Manage phone system and email to answer inquiries, schedule appointments, and relay important messages promptly
• Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using computer systems and data entry tools
• Maintain accurate records of pet information, vaccination records, and client details with attention to detail and proofreading skills
• Organize daily schedules, manage calendar appointments, and coordinate with team members for smooth operations
• Maintain cleanliness of the daycare facility, including cleaning kennels, play areas, and equipment.
• Feed and provide fresh water to dogs according to their specific dietary needs.
• Assist with grooming tasks such as bathing, brushing, and nail trimming when required.

Experience

• Previous front desk management or administrative experience in a customer service environment is required.
• Previous experience in animal care at doggie daycare/boarding facility is required.
• Grooming experience is a plus
• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Personal assistant or office support experience that showcases excellent customer support capabilities
