Dog Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Train dogs in obedience, behavior correction, socialization, and discipline.
• Assess dog behavior and develop customized training plans.
• Conduct individual and group training sessions.
• Teach commands such as sit, stay, heel, recall, and leash control.
• Handle aggressive or anxious dogs professionally and safely.
• Educate pet owners on dog handling, nutrition, grooming, and behavior management.
• Monitor dogs’ progress and maintain training records.
• Ensure the safety, cleanliness, and wellbeing of all dogs during training sessions.
• Assist in boarding or kennel management when required.
• Maintain a calm, patient, and professional attitude with animals and owners.

Requirements

• Minimum Matric/Intermediate education preferred.
• Prior experience in dog training, kennel handling, or animal care preferred.
• Strong understanding of dog behavior and training techniques.
• Ability to work with different dog breeds and temperaments.
• Physically fit and comfortable handling active dogs.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, discipline, and genuine love for animals.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of guard dog or security dog training.
• Experience with positive reinforcement methods.
• Basic veterinary or pet care knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to conduct outdoor training activities.

• بنیادی کمانڈز جیسے Sit, Stay, Heel, Recall اور Leash Control کی تربیت دینا۔
• جارحانہ یا پریشان کتوں کو محفوظ اور پیشہ ورانہ انداز میں ہینڈل کرنا۔
• پالتو جانوروں کے مالکان کو تربیت، خوراک، گرومنگ اور رویّے کے حوالے سے آگاہی دینا۔
• ٹریننگ کی پیش رفت اور ریکارڈ برقرار رکھنا۔
• تربیت کے دوران کتوں کی حفاظت، صفائی اور صحت کا خیال رکھنا۔
• ضرورت پڑنے پر کینل یا بورڈنگ مینجمنٹ میں معاونت کرنا۔
• جانوروں اور ان کے مالکان کے ساتھ صبر اور پیشہ ورانہ رویہ برقرار رکھنا۔

مطلوبہ قابلیت

• کم از کم میٹرک / انٹرمیڈیٹ تعلیم کو ترجیح دی جائے گی۔
• ڈاگ ٹریننگ، کینل ہینڈلنگ یا اینیمل کیئر کا تجربہ ترجیحی ہوگا۔
• کتوں کے رویّے اور تربیتی طریقوں کی اچھی سمجھ بوجھ۔
• مختلف نسلوں اور مزاج کے کتوں کے ساتھ کام کرنے کی صلاحیت۔
• جسمانی طور پر فِٹ اور ایکٹو کتوں کو سنبھالنے کی اہلیت۔
• اچھی کمیونیکیشن اور انٹرپرسنل اسکلز۔
• صبر، نظم و ضبط اور جانوروں سے محبت۔
