About the Role

High Speed Paws is a professional, high volume pet-care company serving South Tampa. We’re hiring reliable, energetic dog walkers who enjoy staying active, working independently, and caring for animals.

This is a W2 employee position with consistent routes, supportive management, and opportunities to grow.

Responsibilities

• Safely handle dogs and comfortable with dogs of all sizes and temperaments
• Walk multiple dogs at once and maintain full control
• Follow client instructions and keep routine consistency
• Communicate clearly with clients and management through our app
• Complete scheduled cat drop-in visits
• Arrive on time and manage your route independently

Requirements

• Physical Ability: Able to walk 3–10 miles per day in various weather and comfortable working at a fast pace.
• Transportation: Dependable car and valid driver’s license; must be able to transport animals in emergencies (no motorcycles or bikes)
• Location: Must live near South Tampa (within ~15 minutes preferred)
• Smartphone: Used for scheduling, GPS, and communication
• Reliability: Excellent time management and punctuality
• Comfort with All Breeds: No breed or size restrictions

Availability

Please include your exact weekly availability in your application. We are seeking candidates who have weekday and weekend availability, and we will schedule based on your stated preferences.
