Dog Walker

Overview:

We are looking for a passionate Dog Walker to join our team. If you love animals and enjoy being outdoors, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. You need your own insured car and be willing to have a back round check performed. We are looking for someone Monday - Friday for a lunch shift position 11:00- 2:00

• WE ARE LOOKING FOR LONG TERM HELP, NOT TEMPORARY

Responsibilities:

- Walk dogs of various breeds and sizes in all weather conditions
- Ensure the safety and well-being of the dogs in your care
- Provide exercise and mental stimulation for the dogs during walks
- Follow specific instructions regarding each dog's care and behavior
- Maintain cleanliness during walks and dispose of waste properly

Experience:

- Previous experience in pet care, animal care, or related fields is preferred
- Knowledge of dog handling techniques and behavior
- Experience with pet sitting, dog training, or veterinary settings is a plus
- Strong customer service skills to interact with pet owners effectively

The Comfy Canine is a well established dog walking company that has been providing dog walking services for over 20 years. We are a fast growing company and need to add 2 walkers (1 in Maplewood/ South Orange area and 1 in Springfield)The shift available is a lunch shift position . 11:00 -3:00

*Must live within 15 minutes of location posted.*Monday - Friday 11-2:30 (more hours available if you are looking for more, but these hours are required)
