Leash & Love is a small, growing dog walking company in the Burlington area. We’re building a reliable, professional team so the business can grow sustainably

WHAT THIS JOB IS:

You’ll manage your own daily dog walking route, including:

• Safely walking dogs solo
• Making real-time decisions when things don’t go perfectly
• Communicating clearly and professionally
• Following established systems & procedures

This is not a casual side gig.

It’s a structured role with accountability.

• You don’t like being outside in all weather (rain, snow, heat, mud — it’s Vermont)
• You want easy, passive work
• You don’t like driving between clients
• You want constant direction
• You struggle with structure or procedures

* SCHEDULE & PAY (OVERVIEW)

• 2–3 days per week minimum
• Monday–Friday | 10am–3pm
• Starting at $15/hr

* WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Reliable & punctuality

Comfortable working independently

Calm under pressure

Clear communicator

Able to follow systems & document accurately

Valid driver’s license & reliable vehicle

Comfortable with dogs of varying sizes & personalities

Physically able to walk two dogs at a brisk pace for at least 1 mile

Dog experience is helpful but not required — good judgment, reliability, and professionalism matter more.
