For residents at Windcrest Senior Living, Happiness is Pets helps them walk their dogs!! Become a vital part of enhancing pets’ lives through energetic, caring, and professional dog walking services. In this role, you will provide safe, engaging, and reliable walks for dogs of all sizes and temperaments and embrace all kinds of weather!

Right now looking for someone to walk all day Saturday/ Sunday!

Schedule looks like this but maybe change but will give a notice for what your schedule will look like for Saturday and Sunday but most of the time the times are the same!! We walk three times a day if you live more than 15 minutes away you are wasting your time!

Schedule:

Morning: 7:30-9am

Afternoon 2-2:30pm

Night 6:45-8 pm

Duties

• Lead energetic walks for dogs of various breeds, sizes, and temperaments, ensuring safety at all times
• Monitor dog behavior during walks, applying proper animal handling and restraint techniques as needed
• Provide basic pet care during walks, including hydration and cleaning up after pets
• Communicate effectively with pet owners about their dog’s activities, behaviors, and any concerns
• Assist with pet sitting duties when required, including feeding or administering medication under supervision
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and ensure all safety protocols are followed during outings
• Support additional animal care tasks such as grooming or kennel cleaning if necessary

• Strong customer service skills to communicate effectively with pet owners and team members
• Passion for animals combined with a lively, energetic attitude to keep walks engaging and fun
