Starting rate: $13/hr Rin’s Den is a well-loved, established pet sitting and dog walking company serving San Antonio, TX. We’re growing and looking for a reliable, animal-loving team member to join our family.

About the Role

You’ll be handling mid-day dog walks and drop-in pet sitting visits for our clients across San Antonio. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to earn supplemental income on a flexible schedule.

Your window is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM — perfect for a parent, student, or anyone looking to fill their daytime hours doing something they love.

Visits are scheduled based on client demand, so hours will vary week to week. The more our client base grows, the more visits come your way — and we’re growing fast.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Mid-day dog walks (15–60 minutes depending on the service)
• Drop-in pet sitting visits — feeding, fresh water, playtime, and potty breaks
• Caring for both dogs and cats
• Sending client update messages and photos after each visit
• Following detailed care instructions provided for each pet

Requirements

• You have a reliable car (pet-friendly preferred, but not required — you won’t be transporting pets under normal circumstances)
• You own a smartphone and are comfortable using apps — our scheduling and client communication runs entirely through PetPocketBook, and you cannot complete services without it
• You genuinely love both dogs and cats
• You’re comfortable walking dogs of all sizes — big and small
• You’re available Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 AM–2:00 PM consistently every week
• You can commit to working with us through at least November 2026 — our clients build real bonds with their sitters, and consistency matters
• You can pass a criminal/background check

Schedule & Pay Days:

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday Hours: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (5-hour shift)
• Pay rate Starting at: $13.00/hr, paid weekly
• Service area: Various client homes throughout North and Central San Antonio. You will travel directly to the client’s home for each visit, reliable transportation is a must.
