Dog Walker / Pet Sitter (Full-Time)

TruWalks is a rapidly growing pet care company serving the Upper West Side and Upper East Side of Manhattan. We are a team of passionate, driven professionals dedicated to creating safe, fun, and enriching experiences for our clients both human and canine.

Schedule and Pay

• Full-time position
• 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM (time frame does not include commute)
• Additional weekend and extra shifts available
• Weekly pay between $800-$900
• Minimum weekly guaranteed ($600) even if there are no dogs.

Responsibilities

• Walk and care for dogs of all breeds and sizes
• Provide safe, structured, and enjoyable walks
• Follow feeding, care, and client instructions
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members
• Represent TruWalks with professionalism and care

Requirements

• Unconditional love for animals is a must
• Comfortable handling all breeds and sizes
• Reliable and consistently present for work
• Physically able to handle a demanding, active job
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions (rain, heat, snow, etc.)
• Energetic, caring, and motivated attitude
• Working smartphone with a data plan
• Previous experience with dogs is preferred but not required

Commitment
