Required Technical Skill Set: Exploration, Drilling and production for the on-site/ offshore Oil & Gas assets. Hands on experience of planning, scheduling, operations, and Maintenance with experience of deploying digital technologies

Education: MTech/ BTech (Petroleum Engineering/ Geoscience) MBA will be added advantage

Must-Have: - Hands on Experience in Drilling optimisation, Well engineering, Production optimization, Asset performance, Exploration & reservoir characterization, Data Management activities for data-driven decision-making.

Strategic thinking , Problem-solving mindset, good communication and presentation skills, Project management experience

• Expertise in reservoir simulation (Petrel, Eclipse, CMG), seismic interpretation, and drilling automation.

• Experience in data analysis, statistical modelling, Data Science, GenAI

Familiarity with SCADA, DCS, cloud computing, and industrial cybersecurity standards
