Domain Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• He She will be responsible for end to end service delivery across Quote to Cash Q2C Logistics Planning Transportation and Disputes Management
• This role includes stakeholder management both client and internal ensuring operational performance against KPIs driving transformation initiatives and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction
• Qualifications Experience
• Graduate Post Graduate with 12 16 years of experience in Supply Chain Management preferably with BPM experience managing global clients
• Proven expertise in Supply Chain Management specifically in
• o Quote to Cash Q2C end to end cycle
• o Logistics Planning including last mile connectivity and load planning
• o Transportation documentation and compliance
• o Understanding of Claims Disputes Management
• Experience of industry segments Manufacturing Retail 3PL is an added advantage
• Strong domain knowledge in Q2C Logistics Planning
• Key Skills Expertise
• Excellent communication and client facing skills ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Comprehensive understanding of SLA frameworks and proven ability to manage escalations
• Skilled in Root Cause Analysis RCA and driving corrective and preventive actions
• Strong problem solving and consulting skills with a creative and innovative approach
• Proficiency in SAP including T Codes and reporting Power BI and other CRM tools e

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook
