Domestic Operations Agent

The Domestic Operations Agent position is responsible for the oversight and movement of freight, from pick-up to delivery for commercial and residential customers.

Daily tasks include the following:

• Generating and processing transportation documents.
• Dispatching pickups to carriers.
• Tracking and tracing of shipments in process.
• Seamless communication with customer base as well as other internal offices.
• Accurate data entry.
• Loading and unloading of trucks in the warehouse.
• Manual movement of freight in the warehouse – up to 25 lbs daily, with up to 40 lbs on occasion.
• Occasional assistance with 2-person deliveries.

Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal skills and good organizational and time management skills. Forklift certification or the ability to be certified is required. Systems and TMS experience is helpful. High School diploma or equivalent is required. Intermediate and above proficiency with Microsoft Suite products.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
