Duties

• Safely operate a box truck or similar commercial vehicle to deliver products to customers across designated routes
• Load and unload shipments using equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts, ensuring items are handled with care and precision
• Verify delivery orders, obtain signatures, and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, offering assistance, and ensuring satisfaction upon delivery
• Follow planned routes efficiently while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to maintain safety standards
• Assist with warehouse tasks such as moving inventory or organizing stock when not on delivery routes

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial driving preferred
• Proven delivery driver experience or similar roles involving route driving and customer interaction
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks regularly during loading, unloading, and moving items
• Experience operating equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus but not mandatory; training provided if needed
• Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is advantageous
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.67 - $27.31 per hour
