Duties

• Safely operate various vehicles including box trucks and courier vans to deliver orders efficiently across designated routes
• Load and unload deliveries using heavy lifting techniques, forklifts or pallet jacks when necessary
• Navigate route driving with precision, ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to traffic laws and safety standards
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction upon delivery
• Maintain accurate delivery records, logs, and documentation for each trip
• Perform routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to ensure safety and proper functioning
• Assist in warehouse tasks such as moving inventory or organizing supplies when not on delivery routes

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial driving preferred
• Prior delivery driver experience or courier background highly desirable
• Ability to handle heavy lifting and physical tasks related to loading/unloading packages
• Experience operating box trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual transmission vehicles is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
• Comfortable navigating routes using GPS or maps efficiently under time constraints
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.11 - $25.42 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 30 per week
