Donor & Customer Communications Associate

• Answer all phone calls in a courteous, professional manner.
• Good phone etiquette. Must be able to explain in a brief and pleasant manner, how the Vehicle Donation or Goods Donation Programs work.
• Must be able to handle situations that arise, in a calm and courteous manner.
• Take information from donor - accuracy being the most important.
• Assist with canceling a ticket, reschedule pick ups as needed, etc.
• Assist the donor in any way possible.
• Requires the ability to assist with donor’s paperwork such as: folding inserts, stuffing envelopes, filling out forms, etc.
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as: copier, fax machine, scanner and printer.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Good command of the English language.
• Good proofreading skills.
• Detail-oriented.
