Position Purpose
The Donor Relations and Stewardship Manager plays a key role in advancing Tuck’s stewardship strategy by developing and delivering thoughtful, high-quality donor relations and stewardship materials. This position supports impact reporting, donor communications initiatives, and data management. Working in close collaboration with Advancement colleagues and partners across Tuck, the Donor Relations and Stewardship Manager contributes to meaningful donor engagement and a strong culture of philanthropy.
Required Qualifications - Education and Yrs Exp
Bachelors or equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Qualifications - Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
- 3+ years of experience in donor relations, stewardship, advancement, communications, or a related field
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to produce polished, donor-centered communications
- Experience working with donor databases and CRM systems (e.g., Advance), Microsoft Office applications, and familiarity with Adobe InDesign or similar design tools
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across Advancement and the broader Tuck community
