Job Opening – Donor Relations & CRM Specialist

About the Role
GrowthRise Solutions is looking for a Donor Relations & CRM Specialist (also known as Fundraising & Lead Management Executive) to support our donor outreach, engagement, and data management efforts. This is a full-time, on-site position aligned with US business hours.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in donor engagement, lead generation, and online outreach. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are crucial for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach to new and existing donors through multiple channels
- Enter, update, and maintain donor and lead data in the CRM system accurately
- Follow up with past donors to strengthen relationships and drive recurring support
- Research and connect with potential donors on Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Initiate meaningful conversations to build trust and engagement
- Draft and send weekly newsletters to donors
- Manage and assist with social media posting and engagement
Requirements
- Proven experience in fundraising, donor engagement, or lead management
- Hands-on experience with outbound outreach (Facebook, Instagram, Email, LinkedIn)
- Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage leads efficiently
- Full-time availability starting 8:00 AM New York time
- Basic understanding of social media management
Preferred Skills
- Experience creating or managing Facebook Ads
- Familiarity with social media marketing campaigns and promotions
