DOOH Sales Executive / Account Manager (UAE)

About Us
We operate a newly established residential digital-out-of-home (DOOH) network across Dubai—elevator and lobby screens delivering ads plus useful daily content (traffic, weather, building bulletins) with over 500 screens across the city in a variety of zones. We partner with brands and media agencies to run high-impact, hyper-local campaigns.
The Role
You’ll own revenue for an assigned territory/vertical—prospecting, pitching, and closing DOOH campaigns with agencies and direct advertisers. You’ll turn briefs into media plans (screens, loop share, CPMs), coordinate flawless launches with ops/traffic, and deliver proof-of-play & post-campaign reports that drive renewals.
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage a high-quality pipeline: outreach, meetings, proposals, and weekly forecasts.
- Win net-new logos and grow existing accounts; negotiate rates, terms, and deal structure (IOs/POs).
- Translate briefs into plans: zone selection, audience fit, flighting, share of loop, pricing & value-adds.
- Sell both direct and programmatic DOOH packages; work with SSPs where relevant.
- Orchestrate go-lives end-to-end with operations (creatives, scheduling, proof-of-play, reporting).
- Share competitive intel and collaborate on sales materials, case studies, and packaging.
What You’ll Bring
- 3–7 years in media/OOH/DOOH/ad-sales (agency relationships in the UAE strongly preferred).
- Proven quota attainment with references/case wins.
- Strong pricing & negotiation chops; comfort with CPMs, loop share, and yield.
- Clear, concise proposal writing and confident client presentations.
- CRM discipline (pipeline hygiene, next-steps, accurate forecasts).
- Recommended: programmatic DOOH familiarity (Vistar, Hivestack, etc.).
- UAE work authorization. Valid UAE driving license is a plus; Arabic a plus.

Compensation
- AED8-12K (Dependent on experience)
- Commission (paid on invoiced net media revenue, excl. VAT & agency fees):
- Direct deals: 9% of revenue.
- Agency-routed deals: 4%
- Accelerators: +2pts on all deals once >120% of quarterly target; no cap.
- Collections kicker: +1 pt if invoice is collected within 45 days.
