Job Summary

Responsible for door-to-door visits, address verification, and repayment reminders for overdue customers in our mobile installment business, ensuring all interactions are compliant, professional, and respectful.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit overdue customers to remind them of repayments and explain payment methods.
• Verify customer home and workplace addresses.
• Record customer feedback and update system information.
• Deliver official notices when required.
• Identify and report suspected fraud or intentional delinquency cases.
• Comply with company policies and relevant Pakistani laws and regulations.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of door-to-door or field collection experience (microfinance, lending, telecom, or fintech preferred).
• Familiar with local collection practices and communication customs in Pakistan.
• Strong Urdu communication skills; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
• Able to handle frequent fieldwork; responsible, honest, and compliance-oriented.
• Able to use a smartphone for on-site reporting and data entry.
• Motorcycle ownership or convenient transportation preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs37,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
