Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executives to join our team. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our animated educational courses directly to parents by visiting them door-to-door. Your primary goal is to enroll students in our paid courses by demonstrating the value of our interactive learning platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Door-to-Door Sales: Visit parents in their homes to introduce them to Graphymize's educational courses.
• Product Demonstration: Present and explain the benefits of our animated courses to parents, highlighting how they can enhance their child’s learning experience.
• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with potential customers, answering their questions and addressing any concerns.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by enrolling students in our courses.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities and results to the sales manager.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience in field sales, particularly in the education sector, is preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Motivation: Self-motivated, with a passion for sales and a desire to achieve targets.
• Mobility: Must be willing to travel within the assigned region and work in the field.
• Education: Minimum qualification of a high school diploma (12th pass).
