Position - Sales Executive (door to door)

Job Location - Dubai

We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive with strong experience in door-to-door freight forwarding services, especially for shipments moving from China to Dubai.
This position does not require a general import/export coordinator, we need someone who understands how door-to-door services work, has basic knowledge of the China sales market, and possesses freight documentation familiarity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads in the China-to-Dubai logistics market.
  • Promote and sell door-to-door and LCL/partial shipment solutions.
  • Understand client needs and prepare tailored shipping proposals.
  • Explain shipping processes clearly, including transit times, routing, and service options.
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth handling of client shipments.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with customers and achieve monthly sales targets.

✅ Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in freight forwarding/logistics, specifically in door-to-door services (not general import/export).
  • Basic understanding of the China market, including common suppliers, sourcing trends, and trade lanes.
  • Good knowledge of shipping documentation (invoice, packing list, BL/AWB, HS codes, etc.).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in English.
  • Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).

Salary Range - Starting from 6,000 AED per month (depends on experience).

  • Have you previously sold LCL/partial shipments or door-to-door solutions from China to Dubai?
  • Are you fluent in English for client communication, negotiation, and presentations?

Experience:

  • sales in door-to-door freight forwarding services: 2 years (Required)
  • China logistics/sales market (suppliers,rates,practices): 3 years (Required)
