Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Door-to-Door Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will engage with potential customers directly at their homes or businesses to promote our products and services. The ideal candidate is personable, persuasive, and possesses excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on building relationships and closing sales. Responsibilities

  • Conduct door-to-door visits to introduce and promote our products and services to prospective clients
  • Identify customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly to maximize engagement and conversion
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress
  • Engage in outbound calling and warm calling campaigns to generate new business opportunities
  • Negotiate terms and close sales effectively while maintaining excellent customer service standards
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for outreach and lead generation
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities within CRM systems
  • Follow up with potential clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships

Experience

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales is highly desirable
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence potential clients
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
  • Experience in technical sales or business development is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Prior experience in outbound calling, warm calling, or marketing campaigns preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets
