Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Director of Operations (DOS) to lead and optimize our daily operational activities across multiple departments. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with organizational objectives to enhance productivity and service quality
• Oversee daily operations across departments, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and compliance standards
• Lead cross-functional teams by providing clear direction, motivation, and support to achieve performance targets
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed reports for senior management to inform decision-making
• Manage resource allocation effectively, including staffing, budgeting, and equipment utilization

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations management or a similar leadership role within a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of organizational processes, project management, and strategic planning
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and collaborate across departments
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement data-driven solutions
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining focus on organizational goals
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; advanced degrees are a plus
• Prior experience with process optimization tools or methodologies is preferred

Pay: $18.00 - $18.50 per hour
