Dot Net Backend Angular Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dot Net Backend Angular Developer to join our engineering team. You will play a pivotal role in evolving our core SaaS platform by designing, building, and scaling high-impact features that serve our growing customer base.

You’ll work directly on our production system, enhancing performance, extending functionality, and integrating with third-party platforms, while ensuring code quality, security, and maintainability. This is an application where your expertise will directly shape product evolution and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• 3+ years of professional experience in backend development with C# and .NET
• Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable, and secure backend services using .NET 5
• Extend and optimize our existing Microsoft SQL Server (Express) database schema and queries
• Implement and maintain integrations with external systems (e.g., Zoho and other SaaS platforms)
• Collaborate with software and product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex production issues in a timely manner
• Write clean, testable, and well-documented code with a focus on long-term maintainability
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and CI/CD pipeline improvements

Required Technical Skills & Experience

• Strong proficiency with .NET 5 or later (Core experience required; .NET Framework experience a plus)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server (including query optimization, indexing, stored procedures, transaction management, etc.)
• Solid understanding of authentication & authorization (JWT, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect)
• Experience integrating with third-party APIs and SaaS platforms (e.g., CRM, ERP, payment, or logistics systems)
• Familiarity with core .NET backend concepts and practices such as async/await, dependency injection, middleware, configuration management, etc.
• Knowledge of logging, monitoring, and error handling best practices
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure DevOps or similar tooling
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Nice-to-Have (Preferred but Not Required)

• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS/GCP acceptable)
• Knowledge of data security, GDPR, or compliance standards
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or experience integrating AI-powered services (e.g., Azure Cognitive Services, OpenAI APIs, or semantic search) into .NET applications.
