Dot-Net Developer

Job Description:

We are looking for someone with commercial experience as a .NET Software Developer to join us and be responsible for developing and supporting in house insurance application as well as analyses, develop, and test all applications using the appropriate processes, methods, and standards. Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain web APIs in ASP.NET Core, adhering to RESTful principles and utilizing

OpenAPI (Swagger).

· Utilize MS SQL and Entity Framework Core for efficient database operations.

· Design and implement microservices, applying relevant design patterns.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and analyze system requirements

· Write clean, testable code using C#, MVC, Web API, and .NET Core.

· Test and debug various .NET applications, reviewing and refactoring code as needed.

· Document development and operational procedures for reference and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

· Proficient in C# programming language and MSSQL database technologies.

· Strong understanding of web technologies, including ASP.NET MVC and Web API JSON.

· Familiarity with Azure is a significant plus.

· Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint is advantageous.

· Solid grasp of object-oriented programming and design patterns.

· Understanding of fundamental design principles for building scalable applications.

· Participation in the entire software development life cycle, including debugging applications and

integrations with third-party systems.
