Dot net Developer (Team Lead)

We are seeking an experienced .NET Developer (Team Lead) to lead our development team in building and maintaining scalable web and enterprise applications using .NET technologies. The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on development skills with leadership experience to ensure high-quality and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers.
• Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#, ASP.NET, MVC, .NET Core, and Web API.
• Participate in architecture, technical planning, and code reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, UI/UX, and product managers.
• Manage sprint tasks and ensure best development practices.
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize application performance.
• Ensure application security, quality, and scalability.

Technical Skills Required:

• Strong experience with C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API.
• Experience with RESTful services.
• Good knowledge of MS SQL Server.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap.
• Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, and Agile/Scrum.
• Frontend frameworks (Angular, React, Blazor) are a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• · 4–5 years of hands-on experience in .NET development.
• · Prior experience leading a team or working in a senior role is a plus.
