Dot Net Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced .NET Team Lead to manage and lead our technical team including .NET Developers and QA Engineers. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise along with team leadership and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage .NET Developers and QA team
• Assign tasks and manage sprint planning
• Ensure timely delivery of projects
• Review code and maintain quality standards
• Coordinate with CEO and provide project updates
• Participate in architecture and technical decisions
• Ensure performance, scalability, and security of applications

Requirements:

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Web API)
• Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server
• Experience leading a technical team
• Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, Agile/Scrum
• Strong communication and reporting skills
