Position : Technical L2 Support Consultant - ASP .net

Experience : 3+ Years

Language : Arabic (Proficiency 9+)

English (Proficiency – 7+)

JD :

As a Technical Team Member, he/ She has to perform below roles & responsibilities (but not limited to)

• Communicate with Development Team/Other Operation Team for Application related issue, enhancement, releases, pushing Bug to development team.
• Planning & Coordinating the CR Deployment
• Attend Tab and Cab meeting and coordinate with the relevant team
• Monitoring Incidents/ WO/ Task and resolving them within SLA and with good resolution comments,
• Provide technical support in resolving tickets focusing on P1 & P2
• Ticket Analysis and Support Doc (run book, SOP, Server details) updation
• Monitoring and achieving all the Application Operation SLA
• Adhere to the Process.
• Problem Management, Providing RCA for PI (Reactive & Proactive)
• Knowledge Transfer within the team

Skills :

Must Have:

1. DotNet Core & Framework

2. MSQSL : Capable of writing simple to very complex queries

Knowledge of Index, DML & DDL Statements

3. IIS Knowledge

4. Able to troubleshoot issue, analyze Logs & good problem-solving ability

5. ITIL Knowledge, ready to work in Application support environment with tight deadlines & availability

6. Should be able to handle the pressure and take decision

7. Good in Documentation
