Double Drum Roller Operator

Al Athar Trading & Contracting is seeking a skilled Double Drum Roller Operator to join our road construction and infrastructure team in Qatar. The operator will be responsible for safe and efficient operation of the roller to achieve high-quality asphalt and soil compaction.

Responsibilities:

• Operate the Double Drum Roller safely and efficiently for roadworks, asphalt compaction, and infrastructure projects.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues.
• Ensure uniform and smooth surface compaction according to project specifications.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other construction team members to meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a roller operator in road construction or similar projects.
• Valid operator license and certification
• Knowledge of asphalt compaction techniques and construction site safety.
• Ability to work in teams and independently.
• Willingness to work full-time and on-site in Qatar.
