Paver Operator

We are looking for an experienced Paver Operator to handle and operate asphalt paving machines on road and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience with paving equipment, be available in Qatar, and ready to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate asphalt paving machines safely and efficiently according to project requirements.
• Inspect machinery before operation and ensure proper functioning.
• Assist in setup, calibration, and minor maintenance of pavers.
• Coordinate with site engineers and foremen to ensure smooth paving operations.
• Ensure asphalt is laid accurately as per specifications and project plans.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience operating asphalt paving machines.
• Qatari Driving License – Required.
• Strong experience and knowledge of asphalt paving operations.
• Must be available in Qatar.
• Transferable Visa / NOC preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be given priority.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
