As an Analyst at Danfoss, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving innovation and operational excellence. This versatile position empowers you to tackle diverse challenges, contribute to cross-functional initiatives, and shape solutions that make a real difference across the organization.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Monitoring of product availability working with Factories at different organisational levels to ensure optimal availability. Balancing improvements of delivery service with inventory optimization
- On a continued basis optimize the inventory levels, Inventory controlling,Balancing improvements of delivery service with inventory optimization.
- Reducing slow moving inventory of finished goods
- Providing Analysis for Sales, S&OP, Stock Targets, Factories. Managing the phase-in and phase-out of products in the region; Secure seamless material flow in order to create lead-time reductions for customers
- Daily, Weekly, Monthly follow-up on Order Management, Regional Root cause and Availability performance
- Daily, Weekly, Monthly reports and tasks assigned to support regional sales and customer service
- Supporting Customers, Customer Service and Sales in the region
- Supporting Factories in delivering products into the region
- Continuous Improvement of major KPIs; Availability, Days of Inventory and Cost-to-Serve
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or similar, within logistics/supply chain management or alternatively have some years order management
- Outstanding skills within communication, coordination, organization, analysis and negotiation. Understand and respect cultural differences.
- As a person you are proactive, self-motivated and result oriented.
- Committed team player with the ability to simplify things to secure effective and successful implementation of the initiatives you lead
