JD :

• Monitor and maintain Data
  Protection & Backup systems
• Perform capacity planning, data
  tiering, and Data Protection & Backup optimization tasks.
• Assist in data migration,
  archiving, and retention activities.
• Ensure data availability,
  integrity, and backup/recovery processes.
• Support incident resolution and
  escalate complex Data Protection & Backup issues to L3.
• Apply security policies and
  access controls on file and object data.
• Document configurations,
  changes, and standard procedures.
• Collaborate with application
  and infrastructure teams on data-related needs.
• Mentor support staff, advise on
  best practices, and drive process improvements.
• Participate in TARB committee
  as needed
