Draft Department Head

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Draft Department Head to lead our drafting team for landscape projects. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, extensive UAE experience, and expertise in landscape drafting and design coordination.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of UAE experience in landscape drafting/design.
• Proven experience leading and managing a drafting department/team.
• Strong knowledge of landscape construction drawings, detailing, and shop drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.
• Ability to coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams.
• Strong understanding of UAE regulations and standards.
• Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the drafting department.
• Review and approve landscape drawings and technical submissions.
• Ensure project drawings comply with client requirements and company standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and site teams.
• Monitor drafting schedules and ensure timely project delivery.
• Mentor and develop drafting team members.
