We are looking for a Project Design Specialist to join our EPCM Team, located in Tuzla.
Qualifications

Educational background from related technical fields,
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in preparing and revising detailed technical drawings, layouts, and as-built documents in industrial construction projects,
-
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; experience with Tekla Structures, BIM 360, or similar software is an asset,
-
Basic understanding of structural and architectural coordination to support clash detection processes,
-
Experience in reinforced concrete and steel structure drawings and quantity take-off support, Sandwich panel & accesorries shop drawing experience is preferred
-
Good command of English (written and verbal),
-
Team player with strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Job Description
With support and guidance of the EPCM Business Unit Manager and Project Design Executive, execute the following processes to achieve company’s targets and strategic priorities:

Preparing and revising detailed technical drawings and layouts for EPCM, export, or domestic projects,
-
Supporting design team by creating preliminary and proposal drawings based on project requirements,
-
Collaborating with engineers and architects to ensure drawing accuracy and coordination between disciplines,
-
Updating as-built drawings and documentation in line with site revisions,
-
Assisting in technical documentation and material lists preparation when required,
-
Participating in technical reviews and providing drawing support for customer requests,
-
Contributing to the digitalization process by preparing technical files and documents for BIM platforms.

Preparing shop drawings and detail drawing of roof and facade systems including accesory design and detail works

Supporting Project proposal and management team with preparing Boq ‘s
