Key Responsibilities1. Project Execution & Timelines

• Receive design presentations and review drawings thoroughly.
• Raise all queries within 24 hours of receiving design inputs.
• Incorporate designer responses within 24 hours of receipt.
• Prepare and submit GFC drafts and final drawings within defined timeline benchmarks based on project value.
• Ensure all project timelines are met or prior written approvals are taken for deviations.

2. Drafting & Documentation

• Prepare complete and error-free:
• GFC (Good for Construction) drawings
• A3 drawings with terms & conditions
• A4 drawings with quotation details
• Clearly document modular vs manual split for every project.
• Maintain organized and traceable documentation for each project.

3. Technical Accuracy & Quality Control

• Verify all hardware details with approved catalogs.
• Ensure drawings are installation-ready with proper technical clarity.
• Avoid errors in dimensions, hardware, annotations, and specifications.
• Ensure drawings meet internal quality standards before submission.

4. Communication & Coordination

• Communicate clearly and only through written modes (email/official channels).
• Avoid oral confirmations; ensure all approvals and clarifications are documented.
• Provide regular updates to designers, team leaders, and relevant stakeholders.

5. Site Visits & Learning

• Conduct site visits for critical projects when required.
• Understand site-level challenges and incorporate learnings into future drawings.
• Continuously improve drafting quality based on site feedback.

6. Proactiveness & Continuous Improvement

• Develop and maintain reusable 2D templates to improve speed and consistency.
• Proactively seek clarifications to prevent downstream errors.
• Suggest documented process or design improvements that reduce errors and rework.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
